EVEREST FORMS PHILANTHROPIC PARTNERSHIP WITH ADAPTIVE TRAINING FOUNDATION

The Woodlands, Texas – January 13, 2021 – Everest, the nation’s first, online multi-merchant marketplace for the outdoor recreation community is proud to announce that they have formed a new partnership with Adaptive Training Foundation through their philanthropic program, Everest Gives Back. The multi-faceted program will provide charitable contributions and generate awareness for the organization.

“Adaptive Training Foundation is changing the lives of veterans and athletes through their training and physical rehabilitation programs,” says Bill Voss, CEO and Founder of Everest. “We are extremely proud to support their efforts and to help raise awareness of their mission.”

Everest Gives Back will support the Adaptive Training Foundation in multiple ways:

  • At checkout, shoppers are encouraged to select their organization of choice and round up their total order to the nearest dollar
  • A portion of all Caliber Membership revenue is transferred to Everest Gives Back and its partners
  • A portion of net revenue is transferred to Everest Gives Back.

“Adaptive Training Foundation empowers adaptive athletes through 9 weeks of cost-free physical, mental and emotional training inside the gym, but we certainly don’t stop there,” says David Vobora, Founder of Adaptive Training Foundation. “After graduating our program, these people with disabilities take to the outdoors to test their training and adventure in activities like adaptive skiing, mountain climbing, surfing, rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, hunting, fishing, and many more. We could not ask for a better partner to support our mission and help raise funds to redeploy these adaptive athletes into new opportunities in the outdoors!”

Everest Gives Back members also include Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation, Delta Waterfowl, Mule Deer Foundation, NSSF’s Project ChildSafe, MidwayUSA Foundation and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
